It’s a place to leave short posts. Each user has their own shoutbox on their user page, and there is also a main shoutbox located on the
Community Page. Users frequently have short exchanges by posting in each other’s shoutboxes.
Hint: When another user shouts you, respond to them by going to their userpage (click on their name) and shouting on their shoutbox. If you respond in your own shoutbox, they may not see your reply.
